Xenia Tchoumi is a Swiss-Italian entrepreneur, international media personality, keynote speaker and published author based in London, with an online community of over 10 million people.
Born Xenia Tchoumitcheva, she is originally from Lugano, in the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland — Italian is her first language. An economics graduate with experience at Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan, she is the founder of Tchoumi Consulting, the author of Empower Yourself, and the creator of Sharpest Move. She has delivered four TEDx talks and spoken for the United Nations, the Swiss Economic Forum, UBS and Credit Suisse. A public figure in Europe since her teens, Xenia is an international media personality in every sense: over 10 million people follow her online, while offline she is a regular presence from the Cannes red carpet and amfAR galas to Formula 1, Art Basel and the front rows of Paris and Milan fashion weeks.
Xenia speaks six languages fluently — Italian, her first language, alongside English, French, German, Spanish and Russian — and has always identified with Northern Italian culture. Early in her career, she turned down a full-time offer from a leading U.S. investment bank in London to build her own digital business instead.
Xenia partners with some of the world's leading luxury houses on digital campaigns built on more than a decade of her large audience trust, and her work has been featured by international titles from Vogue, L’Officiel, Harper's Bazaar and Elle.
She has lectured at universities including Imperial College London and the LSE, writes as a columnist for European publications, and is the published author of Empower Yourself — a book about independence, resilience and thinking for yourself in the digital age.
